Would be hard as there are a couple small scrambles, climbs to get to the top of the trail. Might be sketchy for the youngsters.

Oak Creek West Fork Trail
This is a great one for kids as well as adults. It’s what was recommended as a favorite of every local that we asked.
There are a couple creek crossings, hardly any elevation change, and it’s an out an back so you can stop and turn around whenever you get tired.
