They are probably going to want to sit some key players for game 3, including oline, so they may not want the new starter playing. And since Payton loves to play games, that may mean Book plays the entire game and Siemian is his backup.

if we were in anything like a normal year i would agree, but i dont think we have that luxury to not get them all the on field time possible at this point and i think choosing a starter is still a question mark for now so the deciding factor could be how each does with only scrubs out there to work with. lord knows we are going to have some of those games during the regular season the first 3-4 games
