How long does LSU keep Nuss around without him seeing field this year?
Does he wait 1/2 years to play
Plus you have Walker Howard coming in next season

He signed knowing there were two true freshman on the roster along with a (to be) 5th year player who was thought to be the starter (potentially) in 2021. Thus, he knew full well he was unlikely to see the field at all in 2021 and maybe even 2022.
Point being, I think if he had thoughts of playing immediately he would not have signed with LSU. That's not to say he won't leave sooner rather than later (QB transfers are commonplace)...but I doubt he is thinking about that at the moment
