Matt Corral turned the ball over 7 times against LSU and Arkansas. Each.
I wouldn’t consider him top tier quite yet….

He is clearly one of the top QBs in the conference. He had 2 weird games where he just couldnt seem to stop turning the ball over but also to note they STILL put up 48 on us with 5 INT from Corral which is pretty nuts when you think about it. They did only manage 21 on Arkansas in his 6 INT game there, but even then if a QB has 6 INT you wouldnt think they would even get to 21 points on the board. I think nothingberger Michael Henig 6 INT game

It's a super high powered offense and I bet his numbers will be silly this year, even if he still struggles a time or two with turnovers.

"D-Generation X: Out With the Old, In with the New
Haynes King (Texas A&M). King is almost a complete unknown at this point and taking over for the underrated Kellen Mond won’t be easy. Expectations are high in Aggieland and King certainly has the pedigree and surrounding talent to take the program to the next level."
I bet whoever wrote this statement was not happy when the UT & OU SEC news was dropped.

Also idk why everyone assumes it will be him. He isn’t even starting in fall camp and Calzada took first snaps in the spring game

The reality of SEC qb rooms by the end of the season could be so different. The “top guns” in this article are not known quantities. Corral can be a turnover machine and Daniels has an injury history. We may be looking at this completely different by the end of the year.
