What's a plan like that cost roughly, out of curiosity? I ask because I obviously have St. Aug and wanted to start taking better care of it.
If you had to narrow that plan down to the bare necessities, what would it look like?
for the advice.

That is a pricey plan but a plan to make the neighbors stop and ask what you are doing. A cheaper version would be:
January-March=spray weed free zone on all broadleafs
Tax day=25-3-5 spot treat with msm
June=milorginite and MSM
August milorginite and MSM
October=simazine
