Maybe you can make a deal with me and assume the liability of his actions on my property since you see nothing wrong with it.
He's on his property, what liability are you talking about? If he shoots over the fence and shoots someone on your property? What if someone hunting your place shoots over your fence and hits a hunter on the 10 acres?
The argument goes both ways. You don't get special treatment b/c you have more acreage than him.
I can see why it would be aggravating... you're probably of the mindset "he's killing MY deer". But they aren't yours
