Democrats exploit the hell out of the 'cops aren't obligated to help anyone' loophole. Allowing their lil street army to attack and threaten anyone they want to, and then using the police to arrest anyone who dares to defend themselves against the lil street army.

Ya know they are fricked up when they're using the same strategy now, as 1920s Democrats used for the Klan. In some areas, the Klan was given a free pass to attack and threaten people, but if any of those people defended themselves against the Klan...the police would swoop in and arrest them.
