Also I'm extremely disappointed in yalls opinions of IPAs. No they're actually delicious as hell. That's a factual statement. Seems to me yall have terrible terrible taste.

What do you expect from a board that inclusively drinks Coors or Bud light?

Problem with IPAs os that they're very hit an miss taste wise.. My favorite beer I drink constantly is Jucifer.. To me is very mild.. Least favorite is Ghost in the Machine.. It tastes like chewing on a bike tire to me..
Taste is so subjective though.. Most of My friends hate Sours and I love them.. Its finding the right one for those as well..

IPAs are very similar to hot sauce in that people that like them often chase the higher unit levels IBUs vs Scoville. This produces an arms race between brewers to add more and more hops making super bitter beers. I can drink traditional IPAs but a lot of the craft brewers today just take the bitterness over the edge.
Unpopular opinion:
All of the domestic American-style lagers are garbage. The reason most everyone likes them ice-cold is that it prevents you from actually tasting the beer which is the only way people can stomach it.
