I thought he was suppose to be a big part in the Chargers game plan. From what I can see so far, 2 games and 0 touches. Is he hurt? I am not sure if he even played yet.

I hope he's not the victim of the "we've got to play the higher paid guy" stuff. I lot of seriously good talent has rotted on the benches of NFL teams because of this.

The NFL is another level my friend. At LSU he played tailback but in the NFL he will play fullback 99% of the time. Plus, he is currently behind Mike Tolbert at FB a rookie from Coastal Carolina. Some critics of Hester said coming out of LSU he was a "tweener"--he's not a true fullback and not a true tailback...Only time will tell if he is utilized more in their game-plan.

Sproles is the answer. That dude has been beastly his first 2 games and Hester has not gotten a touch b/c of him.

SFP sent a registered letter every day to the Chargers front office over the summer telling them how much Hester sucks and what waste of a draft he was.

I was just showing that he played . He is not ready to take over return duties yet . He has the perfect make up for a special teams demon ala don beebe .

I am a huge Hester fan. I am also a realist, so I expect that the majority of his success in the NFl will be as a special teams player. Could have a long career covering kicks
