The Germans had a bomber in research that could, in theory, fly a round trip flight from Germany to NYC to drop its payload.

Had the Germans created the atomic bombs first you would assume they would have also advanced even more in the jet fighter/bomber tech which would have been devastating for the UK and USA. Not too mention having advancements in the V2 Rockets, u boats, tank production etc.

It would have been monumental task at that point to defeat the nazis and drive them from Europe. Especially without the soviet manpower on the eastern front.

Having super-weapons wasn’t their issue. It was producing them affordably and in ways that helped the war effort that got them.

They had Jets in a time of biplanes but didn’t have the gas to keep them in the air.

They didn't need a round-trip bomber they would gladly have made it a one-way trip to nuke DC or NYC.
