Given that this is an experimental drug that is still in "Emergency Use" phase, it seems like someone could file an OSHA complaint.
Your employer is forcing you to take a drug where the side effects (long-term AND short-term) are not known AND the manufacturers have full f*cking immunity from all liability.
The better question is are the employers requiring these "vaccines" subjecting themselves to untold and unlimited liability if they force their employees to get the virus and they die or have severe reactions (side effects) as a result? I do not believe that Congress gave these employers the same unlimited immunity that it gave themselves and the drug manufacturers. It sure does sound like they will be liable in making this experimental drug a condition to come back to work. There is ONE GUARANTEE -- THERE WILL BE THOUSANDS OF LAWSUITS.

No they aren’t forcing you to do anything. You can leave. Your employer can make the vaccine a condition of your employment.

No, they are not. There is one source for vaccine related damages, and that’s the National vaccine compensation program.
