He was prohibited by CNN from interviewing or covering his brother when this scandal first broke out. A rare instance of CNN doing what is probably the right thing ethics wise.

The show should open with a disclaimer then because 1000 people aren’t going to know what his brother did.

They weren’t doing that for ethics. They just realized this made them look bad. The Cuomos have to have some mad, mad crazy information on some powerful people to still have kept their jobs. Seriously, they can’t have a non-radical Leftist on their network right now, since any conservative, moderate, libertarian, or actual liberal would ignore any question given to them and just attack the network for the Cuomos. I would not be shocked if someone powerful orchestrates their deaths like fricking Epstein sometime soon.
