I don't believe Biden can call a national shutdown. If he does it call it many states won't adhere to it. And, if he does do it will the southern border remain open?

It's really not that hard to believe that Bongino heard from one of his White House sources (probably a Secret Service buddy) that Biden is considering another shutdown.
But let's make sure we understand the difference between "considering" and planning.

Absolutely, the dude has nailed everything. The only thing he missed on was Blassy Ford. He was confident she wouldn't show up to testify. She did and he admitted he was wrong.
