Saints do not own the dome, the state does. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that how all large stadiums are set up?

Would that explain the lack of overall events that take place at Lambeau or is the blame on the fragility of the natural grass field? I know they had a Kenny Chesney concert there a few years back that produced some amazing police reports but it rarely gets used outside of Packers events.
