That was such an interesting season how you were either a Jefferson guy or a Lee guy and those of us who thought Lee was the right choice have the luxury of looking back but there is no way of knowing what would of happen and it probably would not have made a difference if he played in the NCG.
It's insane how far LSU and Alabama were separated from everyone else. Oregon was a top 5 team, we bitch-slapped them. No doubt we'd have done the same to Okie State. There was only one team capable of playing with us, and we had to play them twice.
