in week 3 of pool season 1 then planning on doing pool season 2 but will probably run DB strength after. im liking the sound of it. legs need some work and i cant squat so this sounds like the perfect plan

Finishing up PS2 today. Gonna take a week to deload then evaluate what I want to do.
