GSLP was awesome. I did it a few years ago and got really strong and lean.

I'll run grasshopper for 8 weeks then swap to something more advanced.

For the record Grasshopper is more of an advanced program than say greyskull lp or madcow. It's percentage based monthly progression.


Great program but it's not for like a newbie. It's more an intro to ppsa methods. More of a program for those with 2 to 3 years legit lifting experience if one is looking for optimal.
