Maybe stick around and give some feedback or answer some questions, appreciate all the programs, I have picked up several in the last few months. I am on month 2 of Silverback 2.0.
What's with the idea behind all the heavy carries that have started popping into redesigned/newer programs? I am a fan, super simple and effective.
I know cardio isn't really a focus in the programs, do you personally use anything like a rower or assault bike to assist with building endurance? I got foot chases to think about to go along with building strength.
