I didn't lay a finger on anyone. The security guards kept saying if I touched them they would knock my teeth out. I purposely set out not to touch them. I wasn't charged with assault or anything close to it. If I touched them I guarantee you I would have been charged with that as well.

Recruiters will lie like a rug to get you in the interview. Most of the time the recruiters are not in sync with the hiring company, they just move warm bodies in.

You should not have ever brought this up. They may not have even seen it if they were pulling only the State you were working in.

Most use an online service and do One State the job is in- and not national. Only if you were getting let's say, a pass to get on a military base as a contractor do they do national. And they do not care about anything but felonies.

Civilian companies will get picky anty nervous like dweebs.

Where did the guy leave it? If you speak of it again do not give details. Only speak of it if it is brought up and then say is was a misunderstood misdemeanor that didn't even go any where.
