She ain’t lying. The techs are over worked and stretched far to thin. I really want to express one thing and please don’t take it out on the techs about the shitty service. 95 percent of them are busting their asses 10 to 12 hours a day in the elements in and out of most places most won’t dream of going into.

AT&T must have 80 gazillion workers because I guess I only see the 5% not busting their azz, lined up 3 trucks deep with orange cones out front of their vans parked at Waffle House / ChickFilA from 8:30 - 10am daily regardless of the town or state I go to.
