I’m having an MRI on Tuesday. I’ve been having left lateral knee pain. Extremely painful after I run. Once it cools down after a few days I’m good. I’m still able to squat heavy but can’t run at all.
X-rays showed a small bone fragment loose but when compared to some 2019 X-rays, it was there then but it’s moved some.
Glad I didn’t have to do the 6 weeks of PT. Did that in 2019 for my right one. Waste of time. Had surgery for a medial and lateral meniscus tear.

Yeah PT isn’t going to do anything for that loose body. Sounds like you probably know what’s coming. How old are you and what shoes do you run in?
