There is no mandate.
They’ve only had a handful of team work outs (which are voluntary) and mini camp. Those workouts similarly had different guidelines for vaccinated players vs unvaccinated players while in the building
The vaccine has only been readily available since March, so it makes sense that they wouldn’t start enforcing their policies on it until training camp starts and they’ve had plenty of time to receive it
And your memory sucks. There were absolutely consequences to violating COVID protocols last year.
