If they are immunocompromised or very old? Yes
Working age adults with normal immune systems? The benefit would be minimal at most for the vast majority of people.

This seems quite logical.
I still don’t get why “prior Covid” isn’t combined with the vaccinated to determine herd immunity.
Not doing so seems to illogical.
