Loved the episode.
Interesting that the doc was absent.
Jamie not showing up at Higgins was a bit of a miss for team bondong/progress (but I understand this episode was done after the season?).
I have a ? for the euro soccer fans/crowd & asking because I purely don't know:
How is this show received by euro soccer fans? An American coming in to coach that doesn't know soccer. Coaching a (albeit fictional) team to relegation & trying to get back up) & it's not "really" about soccer...I imagine if some show about a dude from some euro country coming to coach American football would just tank & not get a chance.
It's basically a modern day version of Coach (respect to Hayden Fox) tugging on our heart strings but with great comedic writing.

Oh & also - I noticed that the Keely chick was in Dark Knight Rises as Selena Kyle's hooker roommate/best friend. Kinda cool.

The British are a grumpy and cynical bunch, so I'm sure they either hate it or scoffing at it at minimum.
I can imagine they are sick of people making the low-hanging fruit "this tea tastes like shite" jokes from non-brits for 100 millionth time
