I have a high end Bosch; it's super quiet but it is completely incapable of drying dishes

weird this is not my experience. i have the mid tier bosch. supposedly all bosch models have the exact same cleaning system. the difference is the type of drying and extra features (3rd rack, etc.). got the one i did because of third rack and drying feature. i much prefer it to the old heating element drying system because i can put plastic on the bottom

Do you use the rinse aid? I love my Bosch, and the only time I have issues with it not drying is if I leave a bowl or tupperware at a bad angle and a little water sits on the lip, so I always empty bottom rack -> mid rack -> top rack just to be safe. But I also always use the rinse aid, and I wonder how much difference that makes.
