I mean a woman is looking for some restitution for her husband drowning to death in a horrific way. Whether there were steps he could have taken to save himself or not (who among us hasn't made a mistake before), it's a tragedy.

It's a little disgusting how some on here are so quick to blame the dead. I'd like to give the man the benefit of the doubt in saying he probably tried not to die.

Harumpf! All I know is that my death, and ALL OT deaths will be noble and heroic and they will write great epics about us and our many brave deeds. You can take your humanity, common sense and compassion elsewhere, baw. Here, we judge the lessers. And find them sadly wanting.
