Only reason I think she has a chance is that the Bluebonnet underpass is near identical to the one at Acadian and Acadian has markings to show how deep the water is if it is flooding there.
Bluebonnet doesn’t have those.

Bluebonnet doesn’t have those.
Lived in BR most of my life, I don't recall the Bluebonnet underpass ever flooding like that. In fact, when Acadian is flooded, Bluebonnet is easily passable.
