And NO "they" can't make you get vaccinated regardless of what state you reside in the US.

Employers CAN make a vaccination a requirement of employment before you are hired, or during your tenure, if done so as part of a written policy.

Now since you know so much about this please show me anyone who has been terminated without a written COVID policy or forcibly vaccinated by an employer.
