Really you dont think he is suffering? You think because he is unable to communicate and in a vegetative state he is not suffering? I would bet he has bedsores which is causing pain. Medicaid will only pay for basic care in the nursing home. They will only pay initial physical therapy, so basically he is a turn and water. Unless you have mega dollars to pay for TIRR he has chance to get better and even then his chances are slim and none. Every case is different but I would not want to live like that!

He won't continue to live like this if his mom gets guardianship. He isn't in a vegetative state. He is minimally consious. There is alot that Medicaid will pay for that he isn't getting and has never gotten. Josh is very responsive and has a high chance at recovery
