So very true. Honestly the Sam’s in Daphne, AL is better than the Costco in Mobile although I do shop at both of them. Must be a city by city thing because 9 out of 10 here seem to prefer Costco.

OP it’s not just seafood the meats and vegetables are often low or out in my local stores be it Sam’s, Costco, Rouses, etc. I’m assuming Covid is finally catching up because the supply chains are messed up. We are paying double to ship anything on a tractor trailer right now and due to a lack of containers and cargo ships we can’t get our imported lumber in that’s 3-9 months late. The price of beef is so high that seafood such as fish especially if sourced locally is not a bad option if it can be found.

Say it louder for the people in the back. It's been a great couple years for Louisiana seafood IMHO.
