I'm trying to stick with conventional style grip. mixed grip always ends up making me favor whatever side has the under hand.
Why not alternate the mixed grip during working sets?
I’ll use double OH on stuff that is 225 and below but start going to mixed grip once I start with higher volume sets at 275.

I've always pulled mixed grip for anything above 225 as well, but I don't alternate my hands.
If you're working other body parts regularly there should be no reason an imbalance would ever be created. At least not enough to have a noticeable difference.
