I want a purple and gold casket and a white jersey draped over it, and a helmet sticker on the lid.
What is it with all these schools changing their logos, unis, etc.????

'Bamas helmets are the most perfectly understated and recognizable helmet in the country. If I had to put a college football helmet picture in the dictionary I'd choose theirs. Of course, LSU's is much more intimidating...

Ugly?!? So what?!? I want the ugliest most manly uni I can possibly find on my football team. Fashion is for programs that want to sell overpriced crap to kids at Foot Locker; I'll take "ugly" tradition any day over trying to stay fashionable.

Only change i would make is to change the LSU on the helmet to the geaux font. Someone photoshopped it on here once and it looked pretty damn good.

1. You are saying that we have ugly uni's correct?
2. "Football" and "Fashion" do not belong anywhere near each other. Why don't we make sure all of the towels are washed in warm water an pressed and starched before the game too. Hopefully the jockstraps will be washed in Woolite and smell like a bouquet of freaking spring flowers. While we are at it, can we please make sure that every OLineman has their cuticles pushed back to avoid any hangnail injuries?

All I am saying is that I don't think unis have to be "purdy" when there is tradition involved. I am all for trying something new now and then, but leave well enough alone.

At least Wolverine has some dark blue to contrast with the yellow, not to mention the fangs and claws.
A darker purple would be good, or gold instead of yellow. Or both. I will bleed purple and gold (yellow) either way.
