I don’t know what to think on the subject, but this objection has it backwards.
It is generally accepted that underreporting is a bigger problem with VAERS than overreporting of adverse events. Most people don’t take the time fill out an obscure government form when they are having a health event. It’s especially true for less serious adverse reactions.
