Numbers won't allow that. Unless LSU passes on some highly rated in state kids.

19. T. Citizen
20. Q. Wiggins
21. E. Jones
This leaves out S. Washington and A. Ausberry as possible adds. That would get you to 22 or 23. No room for 5-6 more OOS kids.
