The idea that you could come to school & make extra living money is certainly plausible & attractive in its own way.
But I just don’t foresee NIL money for baseball players competing with pro contracts.
And I’m sure branding for baseball players will change & improve with this but with the numbers available, most of these kids simply do not get the exposure needed to build that base.
A kid like freshman Jack bech will probably have more social media followers by the end of the year than anyone on the baseball team, for instance. College baseball just ain’t it

This is 100% accurate. Kids on here have no clue how advertising works nor do they understand that there are rules with NIL and people can’t just give a kid all this money without a legitimate business contract for use of his/her Name/Image/Likeness
