The only possible thing this results in is Twitter taking a more active stance against conservative voices and folks that are critical of governments.

I hate Twitter, Facebook, et al, as much as the next guy, but if Twitter is liable for the shite that gets posted on their platform, I'd imagine that immunity wouldn't be given to Chicken in the same situation for TD.

A more active stance? They banned a President of the United States for fricks sake.

ATT isnt liable for someone’s actions if they use the phone to communicate it.
