In the process of breaking in, no, you’re not more likely.

She broke the law and was killed.
They’re not pressing charges on the cop because of the circumstance. Mob is pushing through, actually security stood ground and shot her. Y’all gonna cry about it. Please, no court will find a cop guilty in that scenario. Y’all are some bizarro james blake people.

UMMM you should probably read up on varying states laws on this. DC does not have stand your ground or castle doctrine state. so yes you would probably be going to jail.

Breaking the law is not justification for killing.

They are not pressing charges or releasing the officers name because of politics. And the fact that the media and the left aren't screaming for his name like they do for every black shooting is telling.

Security was standing next to her and let her do it. that isn't standing your ground.

We'll never know because unlike all the others it was swept under the rug completely.

Why do you keep throwing out Blake? First it's Jacob not James and he was armed and fighting with the cops. So I'm not sure why you keep using this analogy?

Oh and the cops involved in Blakes shooting were Officers Arenas and Meronek. What was the name of the officer who shot Babbitt?
