"Anti-Trump sentiment" is a media hoax. The country overwhelmingly supports him.

Hence why they had to steal it. And when the corruption is finally DEALT with (not exposed, because that happened a long time ago now) Trump will be back in office. It's not complicated.

quote:

If you want to defeat these leftist freaks, it can’t and won’t be Trump.

Trump is the reason the left went nuclear on their hysteria. Why? Because he is the greatest threat that they have faced on this Earth. There is no person better for the job than Trump. And he can have Desantis as his running mate, and Desantis can run for president in the next election.

And that's WITH the media attacking him 24/7. Imagine how popular he would be if the situation were reversed and the media treated him the same way they treat Democrats, his approval ratings would be through the roof.

Trump has no self discipline. None.

He also doesn't have the skills to run anything.

Give a real good manager, someone who can make good decisions, see pro's and con's, listen to alternative ideas with a somewhat open mind any of the Trump "isuues" and things Trump did NOT do will get done.

Trump wants to live in "Tabloid Headline" world, instead of "okay lets buckle down and roll up our sleeves and get this stuff done" world.

Perfect case in point is the border.

Trump - living in headline world - thinks the issue is illegals just coming over. Make a wall. Okay, not a bad idea.

But it is so much more complex than that and the moment something becomes complex Trump refuses, absolutely REFUSES to take new information into account, adjust, limit some things, expand on others.

* Trump said Mexico would pay for the wall and this was not addressed in any conversations he had with the Mexican governments that he had in his term.

* Trump said he would build 1000 (sometimes more) of wall, that would all be "beautiful" and 30 to 35 feet high. In fact the border wall needs to be chain link in some places because of the wind, some parts are in towns where such a big structure would greatly hinder commerce blocking out tens of thousands of small business owners from the sunlight. And then there are daily foot trafficking places

* Trump was told again and again that a large number of illegals are students who overstay visas. He did virtually nothing about this. Didn't want to hear it.

* One of the reasons for "catch and release" was a lack of border judges. Trump funded them adequately only late in his term.

* We do get many illegals from Asia via Canada (the Vancouver area is where many land if memory serves). No major work was done to secure the border in that region nor monitor boat traffic into nearby Seattle.

* He CUT aid to Central American countries when increasing it might have done some benefit to their economies making it less likely people would want to leave for the USA.

And that was his signature issue!

Point being, what the OP is saying (at least the way I read it) is that while Trumps policies are excellent (in his opinion), Trump himself is too much of a hysteric and too much of a narcissist and far too disorganized to get them done.

What he is saying, and I think he is right, is people should stop applauding the screamer, and look for a "do-er". Keep the Trump policies, but elect someone who will be organized self disciplined enough to get them through and enacted.

And in a more depressing take, it is also possible that Trump did NOT build the wall ON PURPOSE - because he knew it (the need to build it) was a good issue for him precisely as long as it was unbuilt. If it was built he wouldn't have the issue anymore to kick around and scream about at rallies. A good solution actually is not in his political or fundraising interest.

Personally if I were a GOP voter I would try to get DeSantis or that Black Senator from South Carolina to run and tell him you want Trump policies without the Trump drama.
