I saw this dude in Jefferson Terrace today when I went to Circle K. He was just fiddling around in the street. Saw him further down the street when I came home. I went back out and there was a Deputy Sheriff questioning him. This was about 4 pm. He looked sketchy AF

And a little after 10pm he is seen on camera’s trying to open car doors
