I have the Memphis built in. I do love it but it is not without a couple flaws. With it being pellet it does create more smoke underneath the back porch, so much so that I had to move it off the wall and put the rear facing the open air (I just used that as an excuse to build in a Blackstone griddle where the grill used to be so it worked out). It also will have its instances where it struggles to light due to something getting between the pellets and the lighting mechanism, but I just clean it out and it works after that. Overall though I HIGHLY recommend it. I got mine with an insert that allows true open flame grilling if desired. For a filet the other day I had it on the Memphis at 550 for a short time then threw it on the Blackstone for a butter sear and it was unreal. All those I have cooked for on it rave about the flavor.
