Meh, I'll give him benefit of the doubt that he was just running his mouth to set up a mediocre joke about having to deal with traffic again.
I think Burr is funny, but he talks so much, he's susceptible of saying stupid shite to land a punchline when he's on podcasts or talk shows.

Love Burr. This is a lame, lazy joke.
That said, if you write down any 2 sentence joke with a punchline it won’t be very funny. It’s about delivery.

I’m leaning towards this too. Something about less traffic, less wait times at restaurants, etc.
