Money doesn't mean shite to me, honestly. I'm not paying his salary. If he doesn't work out, A&M has the money to fix it. He went out and got one of the best coaches available at the time with almost no bullshite surrounding the search/hire.

Jimbo was almost in the playoff last year and is ranked very high again in this years preseason polls. Also I think he has a 2-1 record against us

That is what boosters at A&M told him to do and they finished top 5 last year and have recruited at a top 10/5 level.
Money is relative. They have endless amounts of it.

They would pay $100 mill for 1 national championship.
When Saban does retire - Kirby and Jimbo are in good spots to finally get their respective schools championships. Neither are going anywhere
