This is why people become socialists
There are smart, sound business practices that absolutely frick over your employees, and labor force.
There definitely is something wrong with wasting someone’s time in an interview process. Defending it as “fine” isn’t going to win you many friends. And ultimately in a democracy or otherwise the masses matter.
