I’m willing to bet that we have under the table even if we did it during the 50s. I mean Nixon once ordered a nuclear strike on North Korea while completely shitfaced, and Kissinger (the only good thing he’s done in his life) refused to obey and let Nixon sleep it off. I’m supposed to believe they didn’t ship them a few nuclear missiles during that time? Yeah between Truman and Nixon, someone shipped them some nukes.

The theory and science behind nuclear weapons is 100 years old. Manufacturing them and deliverability is another matter. I am sure Tawain could pull it off.
