I want a coach that will go 11-12 deep into the bench every night.

Trades, I look for guys that will be good bargains, but still good role players (like Brogdon). We don't need the homerun 3rd star, we need the deep team that can compete with anyone, like Phoenix, Utah, Denver, Atlanta.

To get those trades done, I use Bledsoe and Adams, and every pick needed.
