Oh I know why, it would ultimately cut jobs from the bloated, incompetent, and irredeemably crooked sewerage and water board. To hell with this institution and everyone that has propped up this tax payer funded jobs program for worthless individuals.
Yup.
But... understand we are simply moving from a government-sponsored bloated, incompetent, and crooked entity, to a private-sponsored one.
