Correct. His point is that MLB is sexist for not recognizing that this female softball player's skill set must automatically translate to baseball and is clearly worthy of a draft pick.
This would be like bitching at MLB for not drafting some Cricket player because that players is a good hitter (or whatever they call it) in that sport.
Hitting a softball and hitting a baseball are so entirely different...it's mindboggling anyone would even attempt to make the comparison. Of course, this guy think he's a woman, so he left rationality back in the clubhouse.
