While I do think he’s underachieved, people act like Godwin and McDonnell are HOF’s. They have the same number of championships as Bianco. If you can get Tim Corbin then the other resumes are so similar you’re splitting hairs.

McDonnell likely is a HOF
Dude has either the first or second most wins in the country in the last 13 years and has the highest CWS appearance percentage of active coaches with over 5 years under their belt (or something like thaT).
Dude is ELITE.

All of Louisville’s CWS appearances are thanks to McDonnell, and so are all but one of their NCAA tournament appearances. He is that program, and he’s done it in six fewer seasons than Bianco.
Godwin has only been a head coach since 2015, and accounts for half of ECU’s Super Regional appearances.
How big are the hairs we’re splitting here?

McDonnell's resume is in another stratosphere from Bianco's.
What an absurd take to say that is splitting hairs. It isn't fricking close.
