Similar for me with tomato, cucumber and finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar and let it sit overnight to enjoy the next day.

Tomato sandwiches are a must in the summer when garden fresh tomatoes are coming in. Wheat bread toasted, nice slathering of mayo, thick slabs of tomato, salt and pepper for the win.
