I get calls or texts several times a week about buying my primary residence.
A few months after my father died, I started getting inquiries about purchasing his house. I don't own that house. My mother does, and she's still alive.

I've gotten some emails myself, same situation. Dad's name is exclusively on the title. I just grew up there.
